Share Information With a Potential Wish Family

Wish referrals can only be submitted by healthcare professionals, parents or legal guardians, or a child directly.

To respect the privacy of the children and families we serve, Make-A-Wish Canada will only call a family when a referral is submitted from a valid referral source. Once a valid referral is received, Make-A-Wish Canada will work with the child’s healthcare team to determine medical eligibility.

Make-A-Wish Canada is a bilingual organization and have staff that can fully serve wish families in both English and French.
