Pierre Thériault is the founder and executive producer of Make-A-Wish Québec’s largest annual fundraiser, the 48-HOUR RIDE. Teams must raise at least $3,600 in order to participate in the 48-hour event, where participants take turns cycling around a track. Each year, more than 250 teams, 1,500 cyclists and 450 volunteers experience the excitement of this event. Since its inception in 2007, $11 million has been raised through the 48-HOUR RIDE. Pierre recently shared with us how this event came to be and what contributes to its success each year.
