When wish parents Donny and Christina Cosic learned that their daughter, Olivia, had epilepsy, it changed their world. “After Olivia turned one, we started having concerns about her development,” Christina says. “Something didn’t seem right and at first we thought it was cerebral palsy.”
Make-A-Wish Canada is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Barb Hambly as chair of the wish-granting organization’s National Board of Directors. Ms. Hambly succeeds past chair, Kenrick Sproul, in this new role. Current board member, Peter Noonan, was appointed to the position of vice-chair, succeeding Eileen Uyede.
