MAY 12, 2020—Secretlab today announced a partnership with Make-A-Wish®, the world’s leading wish-granting organization for children with critical illnesses and its first charity of choice. Make-A-Wish has been helping wish children fulfill their wishes for the past 40 years, giving them the hope, strength and joy they need to beat back their illness.

On May 4, 2019, the family of Martine Partridge launched Happy Nomming, a cookbook that features over 130 gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo recipes from author and food blogger Martine Partridge (Eat Heal Thrive). Martine passed away in 2017 after a brave battle with an aggressive form of cancer. “Happy Nomming, Martine’s legacy project is a cookbook with a story of passion, inspiration and love,” says Martine’s mother, Barbara Partridge.

New social media campaign encourages Make-A-Wish Children amidst wish delays due to COVID-19

For Nathan, an 8-year-old from Alberta who lives with a serious heart condition, becoming a Toronto Blue Jay was his ultimate wish. StubHub Canada and the Toronto Blue Jays pulled out all the stops to make Nathan’s wish an experience he and his family will cherish forever.
CSN Collision Centres is launching its CSN Driving Wishes campaign to raise funds for Make-A-Wish® Canada. They will be driving the CSN Wish Mobile from Newfoundland to British Columbia this spring. On World Wish Day®, April 29, 2020, the anniversary of the wish that launched Make-A-Wish® and a global wish granting movement, CSN will begin its cross-Canada journey, making stops at participating CSN locations along the way.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of the following individuals to its inaugural National Board of Directors, as a result of the organization’s recent amalgamation with the Children’s Wish Foundation in October.
