  • Make-A-Wish and The Marilyn Denis Show Grant LEGO-Themed Room Makeover Wish

October 20, 2016, TORONTO –  This past summer, Make-A-Wish, together with The Marilyn Denis Show, and a team of dedicated volunteers, designers and contractors, granted a life-changing room makeover wish for 15-year-old Jack.

Jack was born with a rare genetic condition called Becker’s muscular dystrophy and as a result of his condition, his mobility is becoming more limited. Jack’s one true wish was to have a LEGO®-themed room in his basement that he could access with ease. As part of the makeover, a stair lift was installed to give Jack the independence and access to his basement that he wanted.

Jack’s LEGO®-themed room makeover wish will be featured on The Marilyn Denis Show on Thursday, October 20 at 10 a.m. EDT on CTV. Click here to see the show schedule.

Photos of Jack’s new, accessible, LEGO®-themed room will be shared here after the episode airs.
